Bistro

The Bistro is great new space to sample our chefs' delicious creations. Enjoy morning coffee, lunch, light snacks or afternoon tea in our newly refurbished Bistro in the main house. When the sun is shining make the most of the warm weather and eat Al Fresco taking in the spectacular views of the Cader Idris range and countryside.

Open 11am to 5pm serving lunch between 12pm to 2pm.

The bar is open for you to enjoy a Dolserau Cocktail, locally brewed beer or a fine wine of your choice.
