Here are just a few comments recently received:

"When it came to leave your hotel on Wednesday last week my car decided it would not cooperate and failed to start. This was at 10.00am in the morning, but it was 4.30pm before we were able to leave due to delays by our friends at Jaguar in getting the vehicle started.

This could have been a traumatic and frustrating period; yes it was frustrating but traumatic definitely not, due entirely to your excellent and friendly staff. Your team continued the highest level of service that my wife and I have come to expect and also appreciate in the 7 years or so we have been visiting your hotel. They made sure we were comfortable, well fed (of course) and short of nothing.

Please make a point of passing on our appreciation to your staff from both of us. We look forward to meeting you again in the not too distant future".

"Just to say THANK YOU for a very fine weekend.
We spent Monday in Lyn Cau on the South side of Cadair Idris climbing in amazing surroundings doing a classic called Pencoed Pilllar. We were out of the sun for much of the time so the breakfast kept us warm instead. All weekend was a nice contrast between rather cool rocky places and the warm hospitality of everyone at Dolserau. Many Thanks Again"
