Hi all at Dolserau,
Just wanted to say what a fantastic time we had at the Hotel, an
absolute pleasure to be so well looked after in beautiful
surroundings; ate far too much of the brilliant food and now having
to work twice as hard to get back to our diets!
From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the service was
excellent, personal but not intrusive; room 3 was delightful, great
views over the surrounding countryside and very welcoming after a
day out in the National Park.
Highlight of our weekend had to be the Torrent Walk with
Charlie, great company!! Look forward to returning again next
year hopefully.

We just wanted to thank you for a wondeful weekend. Once
we had found you - everything else was perfect - our room was
gorgeous, the food was absolutely delicious and the Welsh Mediaeval
Banquet was a really enjoyable affair - that's not to mention the
afternoon tea (those scones are lovely) and, of course, the welcome
we had. We were so impressed too by your sourcing of products
from Wales - so we had a really good Welsh experience .... We will
certainly be back for some more pampering - so hope to see you next
year.

I stayed in your hotel last Thursday and had to leave before
breakfast was open.
Your receptionist noted this the evening I arrived and she very
kindly organised a packed lunch for me to take the next morning,
having left it in the 'fridge overnight. I just wanted to say
a belated thank you to the lady who organised this and also to the
individual(s) who prepared my lunch. I finally managed to eat
it at 5.30 that day!
I just wanted to also mention the dinner that I had. I am
vegetarian and I was pleasantly surprised at the food; the
restaurant punches above its weight in regard to food quality, so
well done on this score also. I hope that I will be able to
visit your hotel again in the future and for social reasons rather
than work-related.

"When it came to leave your hotel on Wednesday last week my car
decided it would not cooperate and failed to start. This was at
10.00am in the morning, but it was 4.30pm before we were able to
leave due to delays by our friends at Jaguar in getting the vehicle
started.
This could have been a traumatic and frustrating period;
yes it was frustrating but traumatic definitely not, due entirely
to your excellent and friendly staff. Your team continued the
highest level of service that my wife and I have come to expect and
also appreciate in the 7 years or so we have been visiting your
hotel. They made sure we were comfortable, well fed (of course) and
short of nothing.
Please make a point of passing on our appreciation to
your staff from both of us. We look forward to meeting you again in
the not too distant future".

"Just to say THANK YOU for a very fine weekend.
We spent Monday in Lyn Cau on the South side of Cadair Idris
climbing in amazing surroundings doing a classic called Pencoed
Pilllar. We were out of the sun for much of the time so the
breakfast kept us warm instead. All weekend was a nice contrast
between rather cool rocky places and the warm hospitality of
everyone at Dolserau. Many Thanks Again"
