Terms & Conditions

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per room is required at the time of booking which is allowed against the final account. Credit card details over the telephone or a cheque with a written confirmation (allowing a minimum of four days for arrival) will be accepted. We confirm in writing all bookings made with us.

Cancellation of your booking and holiday insurance
Deposits are non-refundable. Should you have to cancel your booking within 14 days of your stay you will be charged in full if we are unable to recover the lost revenue by re-letting the accommodation. We therefore recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover yourself in the event of cancellation.

Smoking
The hotel is non-smoking.

Accounts and Payment
Accounts will be prepared and ready for you on the morning of departure. No allowance can be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.

Meal times
Orders for dinner are taken between 7pm and 8.15pm. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8.15am to 10am daily.

Occupancy
Rooms will be ready for occupation from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure. Occupancy beyond 12pm will be charged at the full daily rate.

Dogs
We allow a well behaved dog to be brought into the Coach House bedrooms but not into the main hotel building. Owners are asked to control their dogs with consideration for other guests.

Security
The hotel cannot accept responsibility for guests' valuables unless they have been deposited with reception and a receipt obtained.

Access
Normal hours of access to the hotel are between 7.30 am and 11pm. Please advise us if you foresee the need to enter or leave the hotel outside these times.

Christmas & New Year
We have a very informal programme over both Christmas and New Year where the emphasis is on good traditional food, a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy peace and quiet & relax.
